Great course and has helped be more sensitive to my partners needs and provide more pleasure.
So glad to hear the course has made a difference! 🙌 Thank you for sharing!
Professional without being all clinical and stuffy. Informative without being condescending. Realistic without a hint of pandering … just what I expected and more. Yep, I took notes and will watch again before and after I’m with someone (should the occasion arise). I’ll definitely look into other courses. Can’t thank you guys enough.
Thank you so much for the kind words! 🙌 Love hearing that the course hit the right balance for you. Taking notes and rewatching is such a smart approach—you’re clearly making the most of it. Wishing you all the best, and we’d love to see you in more courses! 😊👏
Well it was informative, but I feel it was too much talking without accompanying video to help visualize what is to be done.
Also, my wife is a diagnosed, but untreated ADHD person, and really does not like to be touched, so I’m at a loss as to how to initiate this conversation. It is a much different ADHD than Caitlin described as her own experience. That is not your problem, but my real world problem.
Hi Frank! Thanks for commenting. If you scroll down to the bonus content you can see the two demo videos I did with the models, that should help with visualizing!! 😉
Regarding ADHD and your wife not enjoying touch. I am curious, are there situations or circumstances in which she does enjoy specific kinds of touch? From my understanding, touch aversion *sometimes* has to do with over-stimulation (which may or may not be the case for her). So maybe creating environments where there’s a gradual decrease in stimulation but an increase in connection that can lead to touch. For example, on Friday night you put cell phones away and have a quiet dinner at home. Saturday you spend some unstructured quiet time together in nature. Saturday evening play some relationship games (my card deck for instance, although there are plenty of other examples). Saturday evening you engage in some easy, non-sexual touching like gently stroking or even massaging back, feet, shoulders etc. By Sunday her nervous system is really starting to unwind and maybe some sexual touch feels nice. Sometimes it can take this long for us to feel regulated enough for touch to be wanted instead of just accepted or tolerated.
Also I have an upcoming YouTube video about the Wheel of Consent/The Three Minute Game (you can google these!) that might be a nice touch practice for the two of you. I hope this helps!

My wife had major breast reduction surgery about 15 years ago. Her nipples were actually removed and placed back after the rest of the tissue was removed. Her nipples since have not been very sensitive at all. In your opinion, do you think this would work?
Definitely try it; it’s a technique for healing and reconnecting nerves in a way that invites pleasure. It also has a 90-day money-back guaranteed refund policy, so you can try it risk-free.
