I recently used the techniques learned in this course on my wife and it seemed to be going fantastic. Based on both the verbal feedback and the physical feedback I was receiving suggested it was time, so I went for it.

It seemed that at the time for the grand finale, my wife had a huge cramp that abruptly ended the festivities. The spasms ended up wrapping around to her back over the next couple of days.

Any ideas what this could have been? We will try again, but I want to wait a while until her work is less stressful.

Thank you for sharing this! It sounds like you both had a really positive experience overall. As for what happened, it could be a few things, like a pelvic floor muscle spasm, which can happen especially if those muscles are not used to that kind of activation. Stress is also known to hold tension in the body. That said, it is definitely worth checking in with a medical professional. Wishing you both a wonderful next experience when the time is right!

Is there a recommended lubricant type and brand to use?

@BPP Hey Caitlin, Thanks for all the great advice. I made a woman squirt for the first time in my life on the weekend. I can’t believe I’ve not done this before – I’m addicted! I have one question though which I cannot find any answers to online: Is there a common preference or recommendation for continuing pressure at the moment of the squirting? I found that when the woman began squirting I had to release pressure from the g-spot and actually slightly stretch the vaginal opening down a bit to allow the juices to fully squirt out. I want to make sure I am not making it uncomfortable for the ladies or reducing the potential pleasure by restricting the flow but I am also aware that continuing that on/off rhythm of pressure can aid in maintaining the heightened sense of pleasure throughout the orgasm.

Congratulations on your success! It sounds like you’re really tuned into her responses, which is great. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer for this, as preferences can vary from person to person. Generally, maintaining or adjusting pressure during squirting depends on her comfort and pleasure. If easing up and allowing the flow feels good for her, then you’re likely doing it right. Communication with your partner is key—ask her how she feels and adjust accordingly. Keep being attentive to her responses, and you’ll continue to enhance the experience.
